The state was ruled by an interim government. In 1918, on July 10, the first constitution, the constitution of the RSFSR, was proclaimed. According to it, the legislature was the All-Russian Central Executive Committee. On January 31, 1924, the USSR Constitution was proclaimed . The USSR existed until 1991.
