"Frost and the sun ..." - an interpretation of A. Pushkin's poem

"Pushkin - our everything!" These words, familiar from childhood, deeply and correctly set off the essence of Pushkin's poetry. It really has everything: light and light sadness of unrealized hopes, and wise acceptance of not always fair laws of life, and a bright faith with friendship and love, and most importantly - an understanding of the pricelessness of every moment of our earthly existence. That is why the motto for the entire work of the poet can be taken from the lines of his "Bacchic song": "Long live the sun, so darkness disappears!"

"Winter Morning" - to the question of the theme of the poem

In the lyrics of Pushkin, everything is so harmonious and proportionate, that sometimes it is difficult to isolate the main theme of the poem or its idea. For example, what are these lines, memorized by us from the elementary school: "Frost and sun, a wonderful day"? On the beauty of a clear winter morning? Or about the joy of the lyrical hero about the weather that has finally established after a stormy storm? Or about his happiness from the fact that the night has passed, and the dawn sparkles in the frosty patterns of the glass, and from the burning stove the life-giving heat flows, and next to it - sleepy, sweet, beloved ... Composition

In its composition structure, "Winter Morning" can be attributed to a poem-monologue with elements of dialogue. The lyrical hero - the poet - turns to the "dear friend", urging to awaken from a dream, to enjoy bright colors of a fantastically beautiful morning. He admires the landscape, revealing from the window: the vast Russian expanses and expanse of winter-mother. In the poem "The Frost and the Sun ..." we do not hear the replicas. Contrast and its role

Pushkin "Frost and the Sun ..." was built not only as a lyrical monologue of a man open to joys and beauty of the world. I used the poet and the reception of contrast. He is asked from the very first stanza: "the day is wonderful / you are still asleep", towards the "northern Aurora" (dawn), you are the "star of the north" (that is, no less beautiful than the dawn itself). Such an opposition with a hidden comparison is rather characteristic of Pushkin's figurative system. The whole second stanza is a description of the winter storm and spiritual despondency, pale tones and semi-ottenki. But the last line in it is completely opposite in meaning and is a kind of bridge, allowing you to logically move to admiration for the Russian winter fairy tale. It intrigues, fascinates, excites. In the third stanza we see the contrast of the sparkling of white snows and the dark stripe of the forest, but they are more in dialectical unity than real opposition. Similar moments are traced throughout the text. Thus, the poem "The Frost and the Sun ..." as a genuinely brilliant work combines harmoniously different phenomena, finding the subtlest points of contact between them.

From life to life

Pushkin has no trifles. In his poetry everything is important: color, objectivity, sound background, even smells. For example, the fourth stanza. It would seem that it is special? The usual furnishings of the room: a stove, a bench, probably a shelf with books, a window as an outlet to the outside world. And yet, as "tasty", everything in this part of the poem "Frost and the sun, a wonderful day" is temptingly described! The room is illuminated by an amber glitter, that is, warm, golden, penetrated by the sun; Dust particles dance in the air; Everything seems so joyful and bright as in childhood. This is the logical consequence of not some kind, namely the "merry" crackling of fire in the furnace. Its reflections through the flap are mixed by solar bunnies. All together and creates the atmosphere of coziness, cheerfulness, happiness of life and the fullness of sensations that are so rare and so valuable in our life. Every detail is important here: a book with which it is "pleasant to think" and "brown filly", on which you can ride "on the morning snow."

Theme and idea

What is the theme and idea of the poem? What did the poet want to say? Of course, the work belongs to the genre of landscape lyric poetry, more precisely - landscape-psychological, because the perception of nature here is given not abstracted, but through the inner state of the lyric hero - the poet. It is his eyes that we see, his feelings become already our senses. But there is no mechanical imposition, not at all! Our own life and aesthetic experience is the indicator that verifies the veracity of the tonality of Pushkin's lyre. And this indicator tells you: the poet is truthful with every line! Thus, the theme of the poem is man and nature, the relationship of the human soul to the natural world. And the idea is to show how, under the influence of the beauty of nature, the creative component in man is awakened.
