Everyone should be healthy!

Being healthy is the main desire of a fairly large number of people, but not everyone is making significant efforts to do so.

What is health?

To date, there is a huge number of definitions of this concept. The most accurate is what is adopted by the World Health Organization. It says that health should be considered not just the absence of disease in humans, but also its full physical, social and psycho-emotional well-being. Thus, in order to be healthy, it is necessary not only to take care of the absence of all kinds of ailments, but also about the fact that absolutely no prerequisites for their occurrence arise. So at the moment the term "health" is one of the most wide in the whole of medicine.

What do I need to do?

Very often you can hear such statements as "I want to be healthy," but not so many people are really ready to make some sacrifices in order to keep their body strong. In the event that a person still wants to change his life for the better, he should do the following:

  1. Healthy food.
  2. Sleep enough time.
  3. To give time to physical culture.
  4. To refuse from bad habits.
  5. Observe the rules of hygiene.
  6. Choose a good place to live.
  7. Try to avoid stressful situations.

Balanced diet

You can be healthy only if you eat right. And we are talking not only about the qualitative and quantitative composition of the diet, but also when to eat food. To date, a "golden" standard is considered to be 5 meals a day. In this case, the main quantity of calories falls for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is desirable to make the lungs. By calories, it should be about one-third less than dinner. Between 3 main meals you need to make 2 snacks: at 11:30 - 12:00 and at 16: 30-17: 00. Meals should be varied. You should not abandon any of the product groups completely. In this case, it is necessary to give preference to steamed, stewed and boiled food.

Sleep

It is simply impossible to be healthy without getting enough sleep. The smallest thing that can overtake a person is a chronic fatigue syndrome. It was found that sleep should be about 8 hours a day. It is better if the person goes to bed at 21:30 - 22:00 h. Lie down and get up preferably at the same time.

Physical Education

Hardly be able to be healthy without paying any attention to physical exercises. It is advisable to spend at least 1 hour per day for physical education. It is also undesirable to overexert.

Bad habits

If a person wants to be healthy, naturally, he should not smoke, or use excessive amounts of alcohol, and there can be no question of narcotic substances. All these bad habits sooner or later lead to systemic disorders in the body.

Hygiene

Compliance with the rules of hygiene will help a person to protect themselves from the negative impact of the environment. Without this, it is unlikely to be able to maintain health.

Place for life

It is better to settle in the country. Here, relatively clean air, significantly less noise load, and reduced the likelihood of contracting certain infectious diseases.

Stress is the enemy of health

It is not possible to completely get rid of stressful situations. However, if you try to treat some things a little easier, you can significantly improve your psycho-emotional status.
