Enema before delivery

Until recently, the setting of the enema was considered an obligatory procedure before childbirth. The temperature of the liquid should not exceed thirty seven degrees. Then it is necessary to fill it with a rubber vessel designed for such activities. It is best to do an enema while standing on all fours or lying on your left side. The volume of injected liquid should be equal to one and a half liters. The tip should be lubricated with vaseline or cream, so that the process of entering it into the anus is smooth. Feeling of gradual filling of the intestine should occur as the fluid enters. At the same time, care should be taken to ensure that air does not enter the intestine.
