Doing peeling at home

Every woman wants to have a soft, soft and silky skin. As you know, the skin over time is covered with hundreds of dead cells, because of which coarseness and roughness appear. In principle, this can not be avoided, because some cells die, and they are replaced by younger ones. But the dead cells themselves can not disappear from the skin, you can get rid of them only by special means. The procedure, which cleans the skin of unnecessary ballast, is called peeling, which in English means "peel off."

This procedure is for certain known to all women, and yet I will talk about it in more detail. There are four main types of peeling: chemical, mechanical, laser and vacuum. For all these procedures will have to go to the beauty salon, however, mechanical peeling at home to make it not be very difficult. All that is needed is a special remedy called scrub. Scrub is a cosmetic product, which includes small artificial or natural images. For example, crushed bones of blueberries and apricots, nuts, sand particles, as well as a special wax may serve as a figurative substance. This is not all those products from which a scrub can be made.

Peeling in the home can be done both with the help of purchased scrubs, and those that are made from home products. Going to the store for the choice of means for peeling, you need to pay attention to the following: scrub should be selected for the type of skin of the body and face. What is suitable for dry skin, can aggravate the condition of oily skin, etc. Body peeling can also be carried out with larger particles, but the facial scrub should consist only of small, fine particles.

Whichever scrub is purchased in the store, it will still consist of chemicals. But to do peeling at home can be more useful, if you yourself prepare a scrub. But before I give you some useful recipes, I'll tell you a little about the rules of peeling.

Before you apply on the skin an exfoliating agent, it must be cleaned of the remains of cosmetics and washed with warm water. If there are acne on the face, then the procedure will have to be postponed. But those who do not manage to defeat acne, in general, it is worth to refuse the peeling. Thus, peeling is done only on healthy skin. Also on it there should be no sores, cuts and inflammatory areas. Otherwise, you can aggravate the situation and enter any infection. Holders of dry skin should hold peeling once every two weeks, and oily skin - up to twice a week.

Well, now directly the recipes themselves home scrubs:

Oatmeal scrub for the face

A couple of spoons of vegetable oil must be mixed with the crushed oat flakes until a thick slurry is obtained. Apply the mixture to the skin, massage it gently and rinse it off with warm water. This scrub is ideal for sensitive and dry facial skin.

Scrub for oily skin

Mix 10 grams of baker's yeast with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Put mixture for a couple of minutes in warm water, after that add a pinch of salt, mix well and apply massaging movements on the skin. Wash off with warm water.

Coffee body scrub

On my own I want to note the effectiveness of coffee scrub. It is prepared very simply. In the shower gel, you need to add a small amount of ground insoluble coffee and apply it all on the skin. Rub for 5 minutes and then rinse. Most of this peeling at home will be useful for problem areas, which, in addition to the keratinized cells, there is cellulite and stretch marks.

Fruit Scrub

To make fruit peeling at home, you can try the following: a few pieces of strawberries knead in a bowl, add to it a few drops of almond oil and a little honey. Massage the skin for a few minutes, then wash it off in the shower.
