It would seem that with the resolution of the burden all the accompanying problems should disappear, but this is far from the case. The organism of the pregnant woman gives all her supplies to the baby, and childbirth is a very labor-intensive process, after which the body can not fully fulfill its natural functions. To such troubles is the problem: how to go to the toilet for a lot?

Constipation in the classical form is quite rare - most often this is the result of failures during pregnancy and childbirth, rather than the true problems with the intestine. Well, this is better, because the intestine itself can function normally, the main thing is to help it to work as before.

Constipation is a completely impossible or partial evacuation of the intestine. With partial emptying a person feels a feeling of dissatisfaction with the process of defecation, because not completely released stools press on the sphincter and cause the need for emptying, and it for certain reasons does not occur. The postpartum problem of how to go to the toilet is often associated with incomplete emptying of the intestines. Usually talk about constipation can be after two days of non-attendance of the toilet and more. After all, in some cases, going to the toilet on a large even once in two days is the norm, if it does not bring unpleasant sensations and consequences for the body.

Now let's pay attention to the causes of constipation after childbirth. As a rule, the reason for the impossibility of defecation is the following:

  • Hormonal fluctuations;
  • Stretching of the muscles of the small pelvis due to pressure of the uterus;
  • A slight displacement of the intestine, whose position is then normalized;
  • Violation of intestinal activity - peristalsis;
  • Malnutrition after delivery;
  • Fear of divergence of joints or pain when straining.

For a woman in labor, it is often important to decide how quickly to go to the toilet for a large, because a prolonged process of defecation often brings a strong pain in the perineum, especially if an episiotomy was done.

To solve this problem, it is important to remember that the most important thing in establishing a bowel movement is proper nutrition. Therefore, taking into account that the mother feeds the baby, it is necessary to develop a diet that would help get rid of the problem of constipation.

Before you go to the toilet on a large, you need to consume a sufficient amount of varied in its consistency of food. If there are no allergic reactions, then in the diet of the nursing mother should be present bran (oatmeal), muesli, pearl barley and millet, fresh or steamed vegetables and fruits, rich in fiber, sour-milk products. Do not give up vegetable oil - it also helps with constipation. If there are no contraindications, then instead of water it is necessary to drink compote from dried fruits.

If you want to go to the toilet for a lot, then it's best to give up those products that are "fastened". These include tea, white bread, rice, nuts and legumes, cheeses (hard).

How to go to the toilet for a lot? For many, the answer is a set of laxatives that are sold over the counter in any pharmacy. However, it is not necessary to get involved with such drugs - they are addictive, so the problem of constipation will not actually be solved, but will go on into a chronic form, and gradually the medicinal substances will simply stop helping. Moreover, some drugs contribute to colic in babies, if the woman is still feeding the baby.

The most simple, inexpensive and safe way to get rid of constipation is sufficient physical activity. It is important to remember that when breastfeeding, the uterus recovers much faster, which means that all processes will soon return to normal. Postnatal recovery depends largely on the woman herself, who must take care of her health all the time.
