Nadezhda Maksimova: biography of early years

Maksimova Nadezhda Sergeevna was born on January 13, 1942 in the city of Kupino, Novosibirsk Region. Here was a military garrison, in which the head of the family was a combat pilot. After the Second World War, the Maximovs left Kupino and settled in Moscow.

At school Nadezhda Maksimova studied very well. Only because of the unsuccessful examination in literature, she did not receive a gold medal. Initially, I wanted to become a chemist, but my mother forbade me to choose this path. Therefore, after consulting with relatives, Nadezhda decides to enter the Moscow Financial Institute.

It should be noted that in those years only gifted people could become economists. To pass on the first course, it was necessary to pass five examinations. At that, only one four was allowed, otherwise it would take another year. But Nadezhda Maksimova was able to overcome this obstacle, and in 1963 she successfully graduated from this educational institution.

Work experience

For the first time Nadezhda Sergeevna got a job while she was still at the institute. During the day she fulfilled the duties of the cashier student in the savings bank of the Dzerzhinsky district, and in the evening she studied financial sciences in pairs.

In 1964, the future politician arranged to work in the Luberetskiy district financial department of the Moscow region. Here she is entrusted with the position of an investor on a budget. According to Nadezhda Maksimova, this appointment helped her to get into the Ministry of Finance, where her political career began.

Political activity

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Maksimova becomes the new head of the department of financial programs for industrial infrastructure. Having replaced several posts, in 2002 she receives the post of Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.

In 2003 he was running for the State Duma from the party "United Russia" and successfully passes to the parliament. In 2011, he again goes to the polls, only this time he represents the interests of the Republic of Khakassia. Again, the votes of the electors bring victory to Nadezhda Maksimova.

The last post is deputy chairman of the Budget and Tax Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Is engaged in issues related to tax and budget legislation. He is also a member of an international group working with the parliaments of Canada and Italy.
