Crop photos in MS Paint
The attentive user of the computer must have noticed that the image files have different extensions: BMP, GIF, JPG, etc. The most widely used is the most widely used format, since most digital cameras create images in it.
Crop photo
The main task is to select an editor program that has this function. Most often, the question of how to crop a photo is recommended to use Photoshop. Indeed, the capabilities of this program for working with images are more than sufficient, but there are simpler solutions. One of them is the Paint editor built into the Windows operating system.
How to use MS Paint
This solution is included in all systems from the company Microsoft, so there is no problem with the search - everything is always at hand. To start, you must press the combination of Win + R buttons. As a result, the "Run" window appears, where you can type the desired command in the corresponding line. In this case, the name of the file is mspaint.
If the opened picture does not fit on the screen, then, holding down the Ctrl key, it is necessary to rotate the mouse wheel downward (on itself). This will reduce the scale, fitting it to the screen resolution. By the way, it makes sense to open the main editor window to the entire desktop, which will greatly simplify the work with the program.
Next, crop the photo. To do this, click the "Select" button. Here you can select the operating modes. By the way, any method is automatically reduced to rectangular, so there is no special sense in its use. So, select the rectangular area and crop the photo. Divided by a dashed line, the section must be copied to the clipboard. To do this, click the right button of the mouse in it and select the "Copy" command. You can also use the standard Ctrl + C combination, but you do not have to forget to press the left mouse button once in the selected area to indicate the desired area to the system.
After that, select "Create" in the program menu and press Shift + Insert. The copied section will be pasted into an empty template, leaving only the file to be saved.
Although this method allows you to reduce the size of the file, its main purpose is to selectively make an image from an existing storyline.
