For a different category of people, a personal computer is a means of earning, their lives are spent in offices at work with this miracle of science and technology. Humanity is divided into three groups - these are people who rarely resort to the help of a personal computer, which constantly communicate with it because of the specifics of their work and ordinary users who use the computer at home everyday. All these three categories of citizens are connected by a computer, but that's not all that unites them. The connecting link between these people is their common enemy, causing irreparable harm to health. And this enemy is an ordinary computer, yes, yes it is. Passion for high technology has a detrimental effect on health. If the people from the first group mentioned above can include children who do not do much computer, thanks to the control of adults, then the other two groups have no one to control - these are the same adults.

Occupation with a computer is fascinating. Time flies quickly, and you do not even notice that it takes many hours to get started. Only our body feels this perfectly. General fatigue, malaise, blurred vision, headaches are all factors of a long work behind a personal computer. It's that, the further the worse. Violation of blood circulation, due to immobility, leads to other serious diseases, like hypertension, hemorrhoids, prostatitis, there is an acceleration of the processes of cellulite. In addition, incorrect landing at the workplace when working with a computer leads to curvature of the spine, osteochondrosis, etc. A huge bunch of ailments lies in wait for us. And it's not a joke. Health is easy to lose, but to restore it is very difficult!

Now I would like to give some advice. In order to keep your health, do not overdo it with working on a personal computer. In everything there should be a measure. You will meet these goals for 3 hours of your time a day no more. You say, but what about work, where you need to sit at the computer for 7-8 hours? It is more complicated, but there is a way out. Get up more often from your workplace, do a little gymnastics, do exercises for the eyes. Get special computer glasses. These glasses are without diopter, but have protective filters that will protect your eyes from the damaging radiation of the monitor. In a word, closely monitor your health. The ability to work with a computer is certainly a good thing, but health is more important. If there is no health, then the computer will become useless. Unless, it will be necessary to ask the price for tablets in the Internet. Think about this and decide for yourself what is more important in your life, computer or health.
