Recipes

To prepare chocolate wine at home, the recipe is traditional. The following ingredients will be needed: Mas Amiel Maury (one bottle), Valrhona Tanariva (75 g), skimmed milk (175 ml). Wine and chocolate can be of other brands, but with similar taste qualities.

Preparation:

  • Wine is brought to a boil in enameled dishes, then it is ignited to burn alcohol;
  • Now boil on low heat to a volume of approximately 150 ml;
  • Separately bring to a boil milk and fall asleep in it a large grinded chocolate;
  • We connect the two liquids and beat them with a blender to make a magnificent mass.

Serve this chocolate wine immediately after cooking.

But the recipe for a chocolate liqueur. Two hundred grammes of bitter chocolate are rubbed on a grater, we fall asleep in a saucepan, we add one and a half liter of vodka, a pinch of vanillin. Mix well, tightly close and leave for one week, shaking occasionally. After a week, cook the syrup (300 ml of water, 2 cups of milk, 1 kg of sugar). Mix the cooled syrup with tincture, close tightly and leave in a warm place for two or three weeks. Then we filter the drink and hold it for a week, then we pour it on the bottles. It can be stored for a year.
