Asparks. Instructions for use

At the moment, on the shelves of pharmacies you can find a huge number of medicines in various forms of release. Tablets, ointments, dragees, creams, liniments, powders for the preparation of solutions, candles, sprays and much more.

All these forms of medicines promote the most convenient use of the drug and the soonest occurrence of a positive effect.

Today, drugs can cure almost all diseases. In any case, the treatment of diseases without the use of medicines is not complete.

I would like to pay special attention to such a drug as "Asparcum", the instruction for its use says about the effectiveness of its use to restore the balance of potassium and magnesium in the body. This drug is successfully used to fill the shortage of the above trace elements.

The active substances are asparticates of potassium and magnesium. Annotation Asparkam includes information about indications, use, therapeutic dose, side effects and peculiarities of interaction with other tablets.

The prescription of the medicine is made by the doctor, if there is an appropriate indication.

The presence of established hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia is evidence of the necessity of prescribing Asparcum. The instruction for use, in addition, gives the following list of indications:

- Ischemia of the heart muscle ;

- Insufficiency of cardiac activity;

- violation of the rhythm of heartbeats.

Contraindications are:

- Kidney pathology (CRF and OPN);

- high content of potassium in the blood.

It should be noted that in cases of rhythm disturbances with atrioventricular blockade, the drug should not be prescribed. It is also unjustified to prescribe tablets with the use of potassium-sparing drugs (which can lead to the development of hyperkalemia). The use of the agent in combination with loop diuretics (lasix, furosemide), which removes a significant amount of potassium from the human body, is justified.

The drug "Asparcum", the method of application of which is oral, is produced mainly in tablet form. The drug is taken one to two tablets three times a day. Depending on what disease was required from a patient with the use of tablets, the duration of the course of treatment may vary, but most often is three to four weeks.

In addition to the usual form of tablets, you can use a solution for injection "Asparcum". Instructions for the use of a medicinal substance also contain a list of side effects, among which: nausea and unpleasant sensations in the stomach (only with the use of tablets). This effect can develop with gastritis and cholecystitis. Reducing the dose of taking the drug removes such manifestations. Intravenous administration of the drug does not cause side effects. It is forbidden to administer the remedy if a person is intolerant to one of its components.

Why is the drug used in cardiac disorders?

First, it is related to the ability of potassium ions to regulate nerve conduction (which causes its use in arrhythmias). Secondly, in small doses, potassium ions dilate the coronary vessels and slow down the heart rate, which reduces the load on the heart muscle and improves its blood supply.

The preparation "Asparcum", the instruction on which application, includes the description of its active ingredients (asparagines). Thus, magnesium aspartate is included in the list of active compounds as a regulator of DNA and RNA synthesis, a stimulator of lipolysis and, in addition, improves the penetration of potassium ions through cell membranes.
