Such a shield can be the form of a personal computer, laptop or mobile phone. With the help of these devices, the dispatcher always knows the characteristics of the system and those indicators that come from the microprocessor controllers. Usually the data is collected according to the following indicators:

  1. Temperature level.

  2. The qualitative composition of the air.

  3. The level of pressure that operates in the air shaft.

  4. The time when you need to replace all the necessary filters.

  5. Level of emergency condition.

When certain signals are received, the dispatcher must immediately intervene. It is possible to suspend all work until the necessary measures are taken to solve the problem. This can only be done if a special module is installed in the ventilation control panel, through which communication with the operator's telephone or personal computer is made.

Communication means allow you to intervene remotely in the process of ventilation to further adjust and change the parameters that were set earlier. This function, which gives the operator a control board, although it sounds a bit fantastic, but has long been used in real practice.

Using programmable controllers with open protocols, you can remove all the differences between different devices. Such sensors allow the installation of control units that are assembled from different modules. Thus, it is possible to reduce the cost of the entire ventilation system as a whole, while not reducing the quality.

In addition, if you use a pump control board, you can reduce the cost of energy resources and equipment, which is necessary to protect the system from voltage surges and misuse.
