Treatment of hemorrhoids with rectal bleeding

Bleeding in hemorrhoids is one of the most dangerous stages of the disease, which can lead to the need for surgical intervention. Nevertheless, at this stage it is possible to implement a certain method of therapy, which will allow to obtain a positive dynamics. Usually, hemorrhoid treatment for bleeding represents two types of therapy - local and complex.

Each method involves the use of rectal suppositories containing a certain combination of drugs. In fact, the hemorrhoids with bleeding are a fairly common method that is used at any stage of the development of this ailment, with the exception of the need for surgical intervention.

The composition of rectal agents from this disease, as a rule, can vary, but at the same time necessarily contains painkillers and hemostatic components. In addition, the use of a rectal drug from hemorrhoids can solve a whole range of problems caused by this disease. However, it should be borne in mind that the use of candles is possible only if the ailment has an internal, rather than an external, flow, since in the latter case they will not give any result. Most often, these medications contain thrombin or adrenaline, which will stop blood, and also effectively anesthetize the injury site. Treatment of hemorrhoids with bleeding by candles should necessarily be carried out under the supervision of a specialist, since too neglected stage of the disease threatens with unpleasant consequences.

It should be clear that any medications are subject to a certain classification. Accordingly, the treatment of hemorrhoids with bleeding can also be performed by candles that belong to one of the groups below.

  1. Means that contain propolis extract. They increase blood coagulability, have analgesic effect.
  2. Means, which include adrenaline. In principle, the properties of these medicines are similar to those described above, but they have some contraindications to the use, for example, for hypertensive patients and the elderly, this method is strictly prohibited.
  3. Ice candles, in which the treatment of hemorrhoids with bleeding is carried out on the basis of a decrease in temperature in the anus. At the same time there is a narrowing of blood vessels and normalization of blood circulation.
  4. Healing methyluracil preparations, which include natural oils (sea-buckthorn, fir, essence of St. John's wort, etc.), which provide a healing effect.

Despite such a wide distribution of drugs to get rid of an unpleasant illness, one should not deal with their selection without consulting a specialist who must previously conduct a patient examination.
