History of the theater
Theater Theresa Durova was founded in 1991. Then his head organized the International Clown Festival in Moscow. More than 300 people gathered from the different parts of Russia and from other countries to take part in it. "Theatrium on Serpukhovka" holds festivals of children's creativity. The most popular of them is called "Gavroche". It has been held since 2007. The festival is not only in competitions, it hosts master classes. Theater Theresa Durova is the author of several remarkable projects:

The theater currently has four venues:

Her grandfather was a clown and worked with animals, mother - the famous trainer. Teresa Durova - the first of this famous family, who left the arena and devoted his life to theatrical art.
In 1982, she received a directorial education in GITIS. In 1991, I gathered a group of enthusiasts and organized a festival in Moscow first, and then from its participants - clowns - created its own theater, which is now known not only in Russia but also abroad.
The genre in which the troupe works is hard to define, as the artists work at the junction of music, plastics, drama and circus. The actors of the theater are unique, they possess acting skills and circus art. They are singers, clowns, jugglers, illusionists, and dancers. The head is a professional in his field. In 2003, Teresa Durova received the title of People's Artist of Russia. Awarded several prizes.
