He analyzes the incoming air. Based on this quantity, the controller supplies the right amount of gasoline through the fuel injectors to the engine.

Where is the idle sensor located ? Not every driver knows that he is located on the body of the throttle assembly. The main task of this car part is the ability to maintain engine speed during a brief stop. This result is achieved due to changes in the incoming air. The sensor during the short stop of the car at idle allows you to adjust the speed of the crankshaft. It controls the flow of incoming air, which, in turn, bypassing the closed throttle, enters the engine. The controller controls the movement of the rod. At the time of idling, it maintains the crankshaft speed.

Replacement of the idle speed sensor VAZ-2110 does not require any special knowledge or skills. To do this, you need a small amount of engine oil and a screwdriver. Of course, you need to buy a new sensor. The machine should be placed on a level platform. For safety reasons, disconnect the negative terminal from the battery. In order to simplify operation, it is best to dismantle the throttle assembly. Attached with three bolts the regulator is easily unscrewed by a curved screwdriver. Now you can carefully remove the old sensor from the throttle body. Before installing a new one, it is first necessary to clean the surface and the channel through which the air enters. It is also advisable to change the sealing ring. Now you can start installing a new sensor and screw in the bolts. It only remains to connect the negative terminal and start the engine.

Important in the car has a sensor camshaft. Its purpose is to determine the angular position of the gas distribution mechanism and correspond to the position of the crankshaft. The camshaft sensor is mounted on the engine. His work corresponds to the Hall effect. Therefore, it is not surprising that the sensor of the camshaft has a second name - the Hall sensor. The work of this part of the car is built on a voltage change. That is, in a semiconductor, charge carriers change their direction at the moment of crossing its magnetic field. It is created by a magnet located in the camshaft sensor. Its change occurs at the moment when the frame closes the magnetic gap. The frame is located on the camshaft sprocket. It can also be located on a special drive plate and attached to the shaft. The camshaft sensor, through which the frame passes, creates tension. Then the created impulse is transferred to the electronic control unit.
