Undoubtedly, budget devices - this is one of the strongest sides of the company "Lenovo". The company knows how to make the phone not only cheap, but also productive. It is these qualities that can be found in the A606 model.

Design

Appearance "Lenovo A606" is rather ordinary and is lost among the brothers. The manufacturer does not pay much attention to the design of budget employees, but on the whole it does not upset. The focus of the company is on productivity, and the appearance goes into the background.

The smartphone is made of plastic, and quite good quality. Despite the cheap material, the device has an oleophobic coating. The owner does not have to worry about the fingerprints and dirt on his gadget.

External parts have taken their usual places. The front of the device housed a display, a speaker, sensors, a logo, touch buttons, a front-end and, of course, a logo. The lower end was sheltered only by the microphone, and the upper end - the socket 3,5 and the USB connector. The back side got the sign of the company, the main camera, the speaker and the flash.

Actually, there was no change, not even for the better. Every detail takes the most optimal place. A bit confused by the volume and power buttons, located very close, but it does not affect the work.

In addition to the mediocre appearance, a variety of colors also does not delight. Only black and white versions of the device are available to the user. A greater number of colors would significantly dilute the grayness of the design.

Screen

Large display "Lenovo A606" is implemented quite badly. Despite the whole five inches of diagonal, the impression is not the best. The reason for this was low resolution, namely 854 by 480, which is small for this size. On the screen, the pixels appear, in fact, this is not surprising at 196 ppi.

Sharp corners slightly smoothes the IPS-matrix. Technology in addition to improving the quality added to the device and the viewing angle. Now the picture is not distorted, and behavior in the sun is much better.

Another unpleasant moment will be the work of the sensor with only two touches. Considering that the overwhelming number of state employees supports as many as 5 points simultaneously, this parameter looks disappointing.

Hardware

We have equipped the phone "Lenovo A606" with a powerful "stuffing". The installed MTK processor not only ensured the performance of the device, but also allowed to significantly reduce the cost. The smartphone has as many as four cores with a frequency of 1.3 GHz each. Among the competitors, the phone clearly stands out for its power.

Savings on the processor allowed to increase the number of RAM. The device got a whole gigabyte of memory.

The device was equipped with the usual video accelerator Mali-400 MP. It is enough for all the needs of the smartphone.

The worst things are with built-in memory. The smartphone has only 8 GB, and only 4.7 GB is available to the user. A significant part of the memory is occupied by "Android" and built-in applications. It only brightens the possibility of installing a flash card up to 32 GB.

Camera

Equipped with "Lenovo A606" favorite eight megapixels. Almost the entire series A has similar cameras and, accordingly, the quality of the images. Resolution 3264 at 2448 pixels is not bad for an inexpensive smartphone, but the photos look mediocre. The device has fine tuning and autofocus. Unfortunately, we should not expect much from the photos of Lenovo A606.

The smartphone is able to shoot and video, and in HD. The resulting video has a resolution of 1280 at 720. Few state employees will be able to boast of such a feature.

The device acquired two megapixels of the front. Naturally, for a full-fledged self-portrait this is not enough, and for video communication - a lot. The manufacturer could easily install an ordinary peephole 0.3 and improve another parameter.

System

The gadget on "Android" is not the latest version - 4.4. However, it is worth paying tribute: the system is quick and functions properly. The interface works without braking and errors.

A manufacturer's shell is installed on top of the system. Already familiar Vibe UI goes with the installed programs. Some will be useful, and others will hang dead weight. As in its predecessors, it is impossible to remove many applications without root rights.

If necessary, a new firmware "Lenovo A606" is available for installation via FOTA. There should not be any difficulties with wireless installation. Another upgrade option will be the installation of custom firmware.
