Rotation is moving something in one system or group to other positions. It can be used anywhere, but most often the rotation of personnel, goods and songs is singled out. The term "rotation" in Latin means a circular movement. So it actually is. People, goods, songs or transport, as it were, walk in a circle, from one point to another.

To begin with, consider the movement of employees. In this case, rotation is the horizontal movement of personnel from one position to another. Usually such an approach is practiced by large companies. There is an opinion that in order to occupy the chair of a senior manager, deputy or head of the company, it is necessary to visit all sites, get acquainted with the principle of the whole company, then to imagine what is at stake and to know how to properly manage.

With competent personnel rotation, the employee's horizons expand, he does not get bored with the monotonous work, he is completely immersed in the process. If we add to this charisma with the necessary knowledge, then such an individual will turn out to be an excellent director. But it is important not to overdo it, because if you constantly "tear" a person from one place to another, he can just go away.

Rotation of goods requires a special approach, usually it is the retailer. It is he who solicits in search of reliable suppliers, calculates the expiration dates of the goods and the possible terms of storage, the number of purchases, etc. The most common rotation in this case is quantitative, that is, the retailer calculates the number of deliveries, their frequency, transportation costs and much more.

Also there is a rotation of the goods in accordance with the terms. In this case, the first product that leaves the warehouse first goes. If all the boxes are dropped into one heap, then it is likely that the goods will be overdue, so the sellers themselves should take from the warehouse the goods that arrived first and not the last. Rotation can be carried out and in accordance with the price, because the prices for the same goods throughout the year vary several times depending on demand.

Recently, such a thing as rotation on radio is very often used. This is especially true for young and still unknown performers. In this case, rotation is a periodic scrolling in certain radio stations of certain compositions. The playlist includes songs of performers who collaborate with serious record labels, TV channels or rich investors.

Unfortunately, even a very interesting composition and high-quality music does not always have a chance to get on the air. Most program directors of radio stations do not have certain knowledge, in order to understand whether the future will have a song, they simply do not have a producer's flair. Most radio stations choose music of a certain format, anything that does not fit this framework is considered unconventional music, which in most cases is usually ignored.

To still get on the radio, you need to sign a contract with a record company. Then the doors of many radio stations will open. You can also buy a song from the famous author, but you will have to spend a decent amount of money. Getting to the right people, supporting a serious investor can also solve this problem.
