All these factors played a decisive role, and on the basis of SamGMU the first military medical institute of the country is being created. Literally for four months it was reorganized into a higher military educational institution. During this period, 432 military doctors were trained, most of whom went to the front.

Kuban State Medical University

In the south of the country, the most powerful medical university is the Kuban State Medical University.
