The drug "Magnerot" - a drug that affects the processes of tissue metabolism, is released in the form of tablets containing magnesium in its composition. It's no secret that magnesium is a macroelement that takes part in protein, carbohydrate, energy and lipid metabolism and exchange of nucleic acids. The element of magnesium is capable of inhibiting neuromuscular transmission and regulating neuromuscular excitation. It is a natural calcium antagonist, so magnesium regulates the contractile function of the myocardium and supports the normal operation of cardiomyocytes. "Magnnerot" increases the resistance of the body to stress, thanks to the orotic acid it contains, it can promote the growth of cells, while regulating the metabolism, it stimulates the fixation in magnesium cells.

The drug is prescribed in a complex therapy for patients who suffer from a chronic form of heart failure and arrhythmia. These diseases are usually caused by a shortage of magnesium in the body. In addition, "Magnerot" is prescribed to people with spastic conditions, atherosclerosis. The drug is used for prevention and in combination with other drugs for the treatment of heart attack.

Tablets doctors also prescribed for patients with a pronounced magnesium deficiency, as well as conditions requiring increased consumption of this element. In particular, the medicine "Magnerot" is appropriate for use in diseases of the digestive tract, chronic alcoholism, hypodynamia, chronic stress, pregnancy. The drug is able to replenish the deficiency of magnesium in the treatment of diuretics, insulin, muscle relaxants, corticosteroids.

The product is intended for oral administration. The maximum therapeutic effect of the tablet is achieved when it is taken one hour before meals. Duration of treatment and dosage is determined individually by the attending physician. The course of treatment can be prolonged or discontinued in advance. The maximum dose per day is six tablets (3000 mg).

The drug is contraindicated for people with an individual intolerance of its constituent components. It is not prescribed for people with lactase deficiency and galactosemia. Among other contraindications - gipermagniyemiya, gipokaltsiemiya, urolithiasis, cirrhosis of the liver, impaired renal function. Not used in pediatrics.

In case of an overdose, it is necessary to stop taking the medication immediately. In cases of magnesium intoxication, administration of calcium is prescribed. In more complex situations, resuscitative measures are taken.

The medicine should be stored no more than five years from the date of manufacture in a place where the air temperature does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.
