Unpleasant moments

Despite the many positive reviews and high level of service, the hotel "Southern", according to tourists, still has something to work on. In particular, people note the following points, of which, for the sake of justice, not everything has to do with the hotel itself:

• Absence of an elevator. Not all living above the second floor is convenient to climb the stairs. And there are five floors in the hotel.
• Not everyone is lucky with accommodation, so there are rooms from where the view is not to the mountains, but to the railway station.
• In some rooms noise from passing electric trains is heard.
• Bed linen is changed once a week. I would like more often.
• The rooms have poor soundproofing.
• The hotel does not have its own generator, so there may be problems with electricity, which in the village is sometimes turned off.
• The floor in the rooms is tiled, and the hotel does not provide slippers. Therefore, it can be cold.
• There is no dining room or cafe on site. To have lunch and dinner, you need to buy something yourself or go to a restaurant nearby.
• The rooms lack dense curtains.
• The bathroom does not have a hairdryer.
• In the breakfast menu there is not enough variety and fresh fruit.
• You can have a rest at the hotel with children, but there is no service for calling a nurse or a children's room. There is also no playground on site.

Despite such seemingly significant comments and the fact that the hotel has only two stars, many tourists come to the "Southern" more than once. And this shows that it is very good to rest here.
