Healthy Nutrition - Mission Fulfilled

Active way of life in the century of technical progress has become not just a fashion trend, but an urgent necessity affecting all spheres of human activity. Sitting work should be compensated for by active recreation, for example, hunting and fishing. In Russia, quite a lot of hunting and fishing farms, where you can go to rest. After all, fishing is also a moral rest, but if you are not alone, but with friends. Just imagine: nature, fresh air, fishing and hunting in the afternoon, and in the evening - a delicious dinner prepared from fish you caught or game mined. Sitting at a table surrounded by your family and enjoying a meal, you will feel rested, cheerful and happy. You can also go hiking and trekking, any kind of sports. Harmful habits should give way to jogging in the morning. But perhaps the most important link in this chain is proper nutrition.
Healthy nutrition - this phrase is widely heard: everyone knows that this is good and you need to strive for it, but if different people are asked to give a definition to this concept, you can get completely different answers. Someone in the first place will put on a diet, someone will separate food, and some will remember about vegetarianism and raw diet. But we must remember that the main goal of proper nutrition is not to approach the aesthetic standards or save the animal world, but to ensure the normal vital activity of a person, maintaining his health. Three main principles allow to achieve this goal.
First, nutrition plays a major role in the implementation of the law of thermodynamics in the human body, according to which the body should receive as many calories as it spends on the implementation of various actions. This rule is universally violated in our well-heeled time, which led to a global problem of obesity of entire nations.
The second principle of healthy nutrition is the balance of chemical components entering the body with food. Most of these vital elements are not synthesized by the human body, so their shortage and the more so the absence is fraught with a malfunction of metabolism and other unpleasant consequences. That's why you need to take a variety of food and expand your diet as much as possible.
Thirdly, a healthy diet requires compliance with a certain mode of eating, which is selected individually, based on the physiological characteristics of a particular organism.
The first and last principles are closely related to each other. Reduction of daily consumed portions leads to a decrease in fat deposits and normalization of the energy balance in the body. Regarding the regularity of meals, there are many different theories, but often in the modern rhythm of life, most of these ideas are unworkable. After all, not everyone can eat in the workplace 7 times a day in small portions or just take food when the body needs, and not in accordance with the lunch break. But, of course, this should be sought. For example, having a snack during a day with bars with holer oats and other cereals, it is much easier to observe the principle of a balanced diet: the minimum daily set should consist of 5 types of products: meat, milk, cereals, vegetables and fruits. Sometimes the menu should be replenished with fish, nuts, honey, berries, etc.
More often than not, there is not enough patience and willpower to comply with these rules. But, as in any case, to achieve the result you need to make maximum efforts, because the goal is worth it.
