A gas hose for this type of plate recommends the use of the recently introduced GOST. It is called "Connections for gas burners and apparatus." He was given the number - Р52209-2004. Only such a sleeve, according to the main normative document, is most resistant to pressure in the gas main, as well as to all kinds of mechanical damages.

But this does not mean that the gas hose for the plate, in which the rubber material is present, will disappear tomorrow from the shelves of stores. We are used to the fact that our GOSTs are mostly just a recommendation, not a binding one. Unlike many "experts", the personnel of the gas services respond to recommendations.

Sometimes when you touch the plate, you feel a weak discharge of electricity. This is possible for several reasons:

1. Sometimes a small negative electric potential is applied to protect the main pipe from corrosion. To eliminate this phenomenon, it is necessary to call a gas master, who will replace the failed gasket at the junction of the city highway with the inter-house pipe.

2. If the gasket is in order, it means the electrical equipment in the plate, which it is now stuffed with. Or rather, in its isolation.
