1. Employee. This is the very first rank. It is appropriated to a person who decided to go to the monastery for a while, to work for the Glory of God - not for money, for free. Such a person does not undertake any obligations and can always return to the world.
2. Novice. This is the second rank. They are awarded a person who wished to become a monk, who wrote a petition for admission to the brotherhood. He is enrolled, a cassock is given out and a probationary period is established. The time limit is unlimited. Someone can cut monks before, some later. Everything depends on the inner readiness of the person himself. Usually this term lasts for several years. In this case, the novice can return to the world. This is not condemned, but is not welcomed.
3. Monk. This is the last and irreversible rank. At this stage a person is obliged to make vows. There is no way back. Treason to these vows has an equal force of treason to the Most High! If a person who has learned how to go to a monastery, suddenly changed his vows, he becomes frustrated. Such people have never even been buried in cemeteries!
