Description and features of this variety

The grapes have a bisexual flower. Bunches of medium size, and in many cases large. In weight they can reach up to 3000 grams, the largest berries - 45x25 mm. They have a cylindrical shape, yellow-pink color with a painted cask, when fully ripe they become red. The flesh of this variety is firm and fleshy-juicy, with a slight unobtrusive muscat taste. Crimson reddish shade. Grapes Risamat has a good sugar content of 23 to 25% and a moderate acidity of 5 g / l. The wine berries ripen in late August. Sometimes they can change form from long to oval, and in some cases - round.

Often come across the rapids, which grow at once two clusters, one of which is a long berries, and on the other - round.

This variety is a strong variety, for which large formations are needed. The yield is very high, due to which in Rostov-on-Don and in Ukraine in the Donetsk region, Risamat grapes were awarded a gold medal. In addition, it perfectly preserves not only the taste qualities, but also its appearance. Sometimes lightweight air roots may appear on the old wood. It is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for various preserves.

Grapes Risamat differs by strong shoots, ripening more than 2/3 of the length. In this case the bunches are loose and of medium density, due to which all berries mature evenly and do not deteriorate during heavy rains.

The main feature of Risamat grapes is that its fruits are not affected by wasps, are not susceptible to cracking and are well kept.

Resistance to mildew is very high and is 7 points. Resistance to gray rot, oidium, phylloxera is still not exactly known.

Grapes Risamat has a characteristic feature: beautiful, large, good presentation of fruits and bunches. For which many gardeners and winemakers are fond of it.

Grapes: planting and care

During the planting of this grapes between the seedlings, it is recommended to leave a distance of about 2.5 m in a single-plane sleepers, but approximately two feet at a two-plane sleep. If you make a single landing, then the bushes should be placed at the very edge of the trellis row. In this case, the trellis must consist of 6 wires. The main load of the crop goes to the first lower wire, so it should be firmly fixed.

This variety is cultivated in much the same way as others, but it does not withstand unfavorable climatic conditions. Cropping grapes must be done long, that is, from 12 to 14 eyes. One bush should have a load of no more than 60 eyes. If we take into account the growth force, the number of eyes can increase in proportion to the area and age of the bush. But remember that the crop should be normalized: on one vine there should not be more than one bunch. Pruning is best done in the autumn to avoid losses.

In addition, in no case can the fruit shoots be cut to just one standard, otherwise it can lead to fouling, many of which will be fattening, and as a result, you will not get any harvest.

During the ripening of berries, you need to remove two leaves near the bunches, in order to ensure good access to the sun and give the fruit a bright, colorful hue. But everything should be done in moderation, then the Risamat grapes will please you with their harvest!
