Crafts: birds with their own hands. Children's crafts

Making crafts from various materials is a great way to take a child both at home and in an educational institution. This kind of activity well develops thinking, imagination and fine motor skills of children. Today we want to invite you to start making another interesting craft - a bird. These fauna representatives are of great interest to children, so they will definitely be delighted with the opportunity to make one or several of them with their own hands.

Owl from geometric figures. Preparatory stage

Owl is an excellent prototype for making children's crafts. Birds in nature are very diverse, but not every one of them can be made by a child. Fortunately, owls do not concern this, and even a very young master, though with the help of adults, can make her application.

So, for work you need to prepare the following tools and materials: scissors, cardboard, colored and white paper, a simple pencil, compasses, ruler and glue. You will also need templates for a number of geometric shapes, since they will serve as the basis for the production of this poultry work. With his hands the child will be much easier to make this application, if he has all the necessary figures at his fingertips, but the older one can be invited to do it himself. That is, draw with the ruler, pencil and compass all the shapes, and then cut them.

Making owl applications from geometric shapes

So, making an owl out of geometric shapes should start with the eyes. At the top of the cardboard base, two blue circles of the same diameter must be positioned and glued next to each other, and in their center along a green circle, however smaller. In the middle of both green circles, you will need to draw a black pen with a pupil. Further on both "eyes" it is necessary to place rectangular triangles - these will be the "ears" of the bird.

To make the body of an owl, one should use isosceles triangles. To do this, they need to be placed next to each other a little below the circles. To make a body, you need about 3 rows of five triangles, 1 of four, and 1 in 3. The beak will serve as a rectangular triangle of yellow color located above the hypotenuse and pasted in the middle and below the circles, slightly overlapping the "body" of the bird. At the final stage, you can draw a contour around the owl and cut it out with a brown felt-tip pen, thanks to this, the finished articles of the bird look more realistic.

Volumetric birds: creating blanks

Applicants based on - this is not the only possible crafts made of paper. Birds from this material can also be voluminous. To produce them you need two-sided colored sheets, scissors, toothpicks, glue and linen clothespin. These birds will consist of the same elements as many others - bodies, heads, tail, beak and eyes. However, in the manufacture of parts have their own characteristics. To begin with, you will need to prepare strips of certain sizes, depending on which part of the poultry they will be used for. So, for the body you need 5 paper strips 2.5 cm wide and the following lengths - 7.5; 10; 12.5; 15; 17.5 cm. For the head, two strips of similar width, the length of which is 6.25 and 8.75 cm, and for the beak, the strip should be 5 cm in length. For the tail it is necessary to prepare 5 strips, 3.75 cm wide, the length of which will be 5; 7.5; 10; 12.5; 15 cm. Also cut two circles, 1 cm in diameter - these will be the eyes of the bird.

Collection of three-dimensional birds from paper strips

The blanks are at hand, and you probably already can not wait to learn how to make a craft. A bird made of paper strips can be made as follows: billets for the body should be twisted into a circle and glue the ends. Then put all the circles in each other and glue at the bottom. Before the full drying, it is better to fix the place of fastening with a clothespin. Similar actions should be done with the blanks for the head. When both parts of the bird are ready they must be joined and engaged in making the tail.

The stripes for the tail should be given a triangular shape with the help of scissors and slightly twist the wide ends. Next, lay the parts on top of each other and glue it on the narrow side, and then attach it to the trunk. Remained beak and eyes. To make the first it is necessary to fold the strip in half, then bend the corners from the bend side and fold them inward. Eyes are made by winding on the tip of a toothpick small circle before receiving the ball. Now you need to attach to the appropriate places the last two details - and the hack is ready.

Blue Bird from the Egg: An Unusual Craft

The child will be interested to learn that the egg can be used not only for eating, but also for making a bird's make-up. With your hands for this you will need to thoroughly wash and dry the egg. Then, with a thin needle on both sides, make a hole and "blow out" the contents into the bowl. Next, the egg must be given a blue color - this will be the body of the bird. You can do it with the help of both special paint and watercolors.

When the billet dries, it should be placed horizontally and the wings attached to the "back" and the tail to the back. For the manufacture of these parts you will need strips of blue chiffon or mesh fabric. Beak must be cut out of yellow paper and glued to the appropriate place, and also draw two eyes with black paint. Thread the line through the previously made holes in the egg and tie its ends - this will place children's handicrafts in a prominent place. Birds, made from eggs by your children, can decorate any room in a house or educational institution.

Eagle from a cardboard tube

Eagle is one of the most majestic birds, so why not invite children to make it? Moreover, no special materials are required for this work, the main thing is to print out the following templates in advance. In addition, they will also need a cardboard tube from toilet paper or kitchen towels, scissors, glue, colored markers, pencils or paints. If the child paints an eagle with pencils, then it is better to do this before starting to make a bird by painting the patterns on one more sheet. If for this purpose we use markers or paints, then it is better to do this after making paper crafts. Birds will then look more accurate.

So, all the materials and tools are at hand. First, the tube must be pasted with white, and preferably brown paper, then you do not have to paint it. Then, turning the workpiece vertically, attach the oval - the "abdomen" of the eagle in its lower part. To the lower front part of the tube should be glued paws, and turning the "body" of the future bird back - tail. Above the abdomen, it is necessary to attach the head in such a way that only the lower part is placed on the tube. To the back of the eagle should be glued on the wings and you can start painting the bird's artifacts, if you did not do it at first.

Migratory birds: application with drawing elements

The most famous birds for migrating birds are the storks, so their silhouettes will form the basis of this application with drawing elements. It is worth noting that in this work the children will need not only elementary skills of handling scissors and other tools, but also a fantasy, through which they can imagine the autumn day and the departing storks. The craft of "Migratory birds" should be made on the basis of children's ideas, so do not limit the small masters in their aspirations. All that is required of an adult in this situation is to print out the following silhouette of the bird and give it to the child as a template.

Possible variations in the production of migratory birds

Storks can be cut out of white or black paper, depending on the weather conditions that the child will depict in his work. In addition, the ready templates can be bent at the center in half, creating a new silhouette of the bird, or glue the bird to the leaf only with the central line, and leave the wings "flying." In addition to storks, all other elements: trees, clouds, falling autumn leaves, rain, sun, the child can draw with the help of paints, markers or pencils. Therefore, in advance, take care that he has, besides scissors, cardboard, a simple pencil, glue, white and colored paper, tools for drawing.
