Since the Soviet era, the M300 concrete is the most universal and in demand among all existing brands. Depending on the purpose, the composition of the mixture also changes, only the amount of cement in a cubic meter remains unchanged, and it is equal to three hundred units, which is indicated by the name of this category of goods. The remaining components change all characteristics of concrete: density, water resistance, frost resistance. In addition to cement, gravel, limestone or granite can be chosen as a filler. Granite provides the product with the greatest strength, durability and, consequently, the highest cost.

Concrete M300 is used in almost every sphere. These indicators are sufficient for the construction of complex structures of both bearing and non-carrying components. The recipe for the same class of concrete may differ, depending on the additives included in the composition. In general, use of lignopane B4 or sodium nitrite in the winter, also accelerators and plasticizers. Therefore, the price for M300 concrete varies greatly, the more components in the mixture, the higher it is. Also the cost is significantly affected by seasonality. For example, in the spring-summer period, prices for concrete products increase by 20-25%. Therefore it is recommended to buy all the building materials in advance in order to save a significant amount of money. On average, the price for one cubic meter of the finished mixture is 3500 rubles. One bag weighing 25 kg can be bought for 200-250 rubles.

The well-known sandstone M300 is used to construct rings in sewer wells that are in such conditions as high humidity, temperature changes and other unfavorable factors. The optimum ratio of elasticity and strength makes it possible to use it in the manufacture of monolithic ceilings and interfloor plates.

All the constructed concrete structures and structures from this mixture are characterized by high wear resistance and durability. But this can be achieved only by fulfilling all the required conditions for laying a solution. For example, to prevent the formation of voids in concrete pouring, you need to use a special vibrating equipment. It is also necessary to withstand the standards of solidification of the mixture: to ensure that there are no temperature fluctuations, to prevent evaporation of moisture, spray the surface with water.
