Prehistory

Long ago, back in the last century, namely in 1977, the construction of a miracle building began in Tver. Worth it to the XXII Moscow Olympic Games, they planned to use it as a hotel, but they did not finish it. Did not have time.

Then a crisis broke out, and the building could be forgotten, but its impressive size was not allowed. Among the Tver people about the "glass", as they called the 77-meter hulk, legends were composed. It was rumored that, because of its unusual design, it was unstable and was about to collapse.

The building stood solidly, but no one needed it. All internal structures are hopelessly out of date, and altering anything was difficult and expensive. The reason for this was an unusual form of structure.

In 2007, the building began to work again. He was surrounded by a fence. The territory around the building was refined. Next to the "glass" there were lawns, flower beds and a parking lot.

Modern business center "Tver"

Tver "glass" has endured trials of time, crisis and restructuring. Now it has become one of the most popular buildings of the city, known as the business center "Tver".

In addition to offices on 22 floors of the building, there are cafes, a Panorama concert hall, the same-name hotel and a restaurant. On the roof of the building opened an observation deck.

The business center "Tver" has a large, but cozy hall. Here there are cinema shows and concerts. The hall can accommodate up to 500 people. Comfortable armchairs are arranged in tiers, so the stage and screen will be perfectly visible from any place. In the lobby in front of the hall is a cafe with sofas and tables - a place quite pleasant for communication. At first glance, the cafe is small, but behind the first hall there is a balcony, rebuilt along the inner perimeter of the building. There, too, are tables. Behind the glass wall offers a stunning view of the city, on the other hand - on the foyer on the first floor, where often various events take place. It can be concerts, dance evenings, and all kinds of festivals.

A restaurant

There is a business center "Tver" restaurant, which is the same as a cinema hall, called "Panorama". It is located on the 22nd floor, from where visitors can admire the city views thanks to panoramic windows. Comfortable soft armchairs, wide tables, beautiful furnishings are available for holding various solemn events here, whether it's a wedding, an anniversary or a corporate party.

The restaurant is unusual in that a large hall seating up to 160 people can be divided into three relatively small zones with the help of special constructions.

There is in the "Panorama" and the VIP-hall "Ekaterininsky", designed for only 16 visitors. Those who come here may well feel like royalty. After all, luxurious environment and quality service to this have.

Pay a visit to the "Panorama" on the first floor of the business center. From there the guard takes you to the observation platform.
