The management did not even embarrass the fact that the masters worked on it for 10 years. During this period they made full-scale sculptures, welded skeletons for them, laid the first layer of soil. But the architects managed to achieve a sense of ease, which is difficult to do when erecting buildings from reinforced concrete.
