Additional Education Under the Accelerated Program

The modern labor market places high demands on those who want to have a good, high-paying job. As in any other market, there is competition, that is, for a place where decent money is paid, it will be necessary to compete. And an undoubted advantage, sharply increasing the chances of the applicant in the contest for a vacant position, will be his additional education. In addition, in the harsh reality of today, virtually no one is immune from falling under the reduction of the company's staff or loss of work as a result of the company's bankruptcy. In order to find a new job with an acceptable salary as quickly as possible, it is also very good to have any additional education. Given the constantly growing demand for this service, most higher education institutions are actively offering their supplementary education programs. Such programs allow you to get additional higher education on an accelerated program, if necessary, without interruption from your main place of work. The latter circumstance is often especially important, since it allows students to continue their work, which employers usually do not like very much.

Quite often it happens that a person in the process of career growth is already getting little professional knowledge obtained in the process of obtaining a basic higher education. In this case, the opportunity to quickly and qualitatively receive additional education is for him the only way out for the continuation of a career. Especially often this need arises in the sphere of economy, management, high technologies, information sector and jurisprudence. A common method of deepening and expanding knowledge is refresher courses, but if you need knowledge not only in the main profession, but also in related sciences, then it is no longer possible to limit yourself to simply raising the level of qualification. It is often necessary to urgently receive additional higher education on an accelerated program.

According to the Russian legislation in the field of education and science, the acquisition of additional higher education is possible only on a paid basis. But there are exceptions to this rule. For example, if a citizen is officially registered at the labor exchange and he needs a professional retraining in the form of obtaining additional education at a higher educational institution that provides such a service, the state can take on the payment of training. The only condition is that this educational institution must necessarily have state accreditation and correspond to the "Model Provision on Educational Institution", developed and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

There are also certain legal nuances that allow employees of companies to obtain additional education without paying it out of their own pocket. In those cases when the employee requires any new knowledge and skills, he has the right to offer management to pay for the company's expense to obtain additional higher education. Practice shows that in most cases, the employer agrees to this from a simple economic calculation: it is more profitable for him to have one qualified employee and pay him extra for an expanded range of duties than hiring someone else in the staff.

To date, many seek to obtain additional higher education and in order to have another source of income, in addition to the main place of work. To maximize time savings, they usually select those supplementary education programs that provide for accelerated teaching methods.
