Vidal Sassoon (1928-2012) was born in London to a Jewish family. He can be called an outstanding hairdresser, who made an invaluable contribution to art. First he opened his first salon, and then announced himself in 1957 in the fashion week. Since the 80s of the last century and up to 2003 Sassoon cooperated with the company Procter & Gamble, which produced hair care products.

As one of the first imported means for washing the head, which appeared in our country, was "Vidal Sassoon" (shampoo), the reviews were the most enthusiastic. He was completely different from what the Soviet people were used to. He had a beautiful package and a pleasant smell, he easily turned into a foam. All the cosmetic products available in the Soviet Union for hair care practically did not foam and did not differ so fragrant in flavor.

But even now, when the market is rich in offers, there are enough admirers of the brand, although it is now not available in Russian stores.
