Types of paper: what are, where and why they are used

Paper - one of the most significant inventions in the history of civilization. A little has affected the human life, culture, religion and many other things like its appearance. Once it was truly worth its weight in gold. Today, the cardboard and paper industry produces products that include various types of paper. On purpose, paper products have a division into paper:

* With protection. Special Purpose Paper. It is used to protect the information printed on it in the form of documents, shares, banknotes, bonds, etc. From fakes. Contains watermarks, artificial fluorescent fibers and other protective elements.

* Designer. Subsection, which includes types of paper for business cards. They are combined by the presence of texture and various coatings to create pleasant tactile sensations, a surface with a metallized or pearly coating. In addition to business cards, postcards, invitations, envelopes, etc. are printed on it.

* Packaging. Has a highly specialized purpose - the packaging of goods or product. Available in several types, with varying degrees of strength. The most durable is kraft paper, extremely resistant to mechanical damage.

* Self-copier. Multilayer coated paper that when printed or written on the first layer duplicates information on the other layers. The main purpose - forms, filled in several copies.

* Self-adhesive. Two-layer paper; One layer is protective, and the other, reverse printed, is provided with an adhesive coating. After removing the protective layer, the product firmly adheres to any flat surface. Products - labels, stickers, stickers.
