It's nice to use a smartphone, just like looking at it. It lies comfortably in the hand, thanks to its rounded forms. Its dimensions are moderate, it is not heavy. Manage the device easily with one hand. But, as mentioned earlier, problems arise with a volume rocker. Fans have long been accustomed to its location from above, in addition to the fact that the new location is unusual, yet terribly inconvenient.

The power button with the fingerprint scanner works perfectly. The smartphone reacts quickly to commands and awakens the system. The "descent" button of the camera is also successfully located. It is particularly convenient to use it for horizontal shooting. Then the finger itself begs to click on the button.

On the assembly and say nothing. Sony has never had problems with it, both with older models, and with new-fangled flagships. It does not bind anything, it does not lyuftit, even if you make efforts and press on the body.

Qualitative display

The beauty of the exterior is complemented by other quality characteristics of the Xperia X Performance. The review of the screen is not surprising, since the entire series is excellent. Regarding brightness, it can be adjusted independently or choose automatic mode. The latter works well, but sometimes there are problems on a sunny day. The brightness of the screen is good, but "automation" for some reason does not increase it to the maximum in the daytime in the sun.

From the sensor, too, do not expect any problems. There was a hope that Sony got rid of phantom clicks and in a new series they can not be met. Multitouch recognized up to 10 simultaneous touches.

"Sweets" for users

Making an overview of the operating system for Xperia X Performance, it's worth noting that there were no surprises here either. At the head of the system is Android 6.0 Marshmallow, not devoid of brand-name add-ons: a lock screen that shows the current time and date, there is a microphone icon for voice search in Google, a camera icon that allows you to run the application without unlocking, well, and without the fingerprint indicator Finger.

The operating system is not easy to call "clean". In addition to the standard "Google" software, there are many branded. Some of them, probably, and it is useful. Conveniently, and that there is already a built-in antivirus, this application is really useful.

Well, to the most interesting in Xperia X Performance. The review of technical characteristics is always expected, and I want to see something incredibly cool. So the new model can boast. It proved to be very efficient. Processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with a 64-bit system and four cores. For graphics developers have installed Adreno 530. Promising hardware supplemented 3 GB of RAM.

Built-in here 32 GB, of which, of course, not all is available, but only 20. There is a combined slot where you can put microSD up to 200 GB.

All third-party software, through which the device passed the test, is shown not to be the most top-notch result, but sufficient for any cases.

It's useless to talk about games, as any of them is on the smartphone. The only insignificant shortcoming is overheating. If you sit for a long time behind games and applications, the back panel heats up.

Other "buns"

To the sound of any complaints. It's almost perfect. But it's all only if you listen in headphones. The external speaker is average, it has a small volume level and not enough bass. For music and movies, it's best to use a headset.

Like all colleagues, this device has received proprietary protection IP65 / IP68. But in the instructions it is forbidden to throw the phone into the water. All this protection is designed only for gadget operation in the rain. In principle, you can flush the smartphone under the tap. But you should close all ports and covers.
