A native musician from a small town Gavrilov Posad. Terentyev Sergey Vladimirovich was born on 12.10.1964. The Terentyev family had to change their place of residence quite often in connection with the professional activities of Father Sergei. To link his future life with music in Sergey's plans at that time was completely not included. In those years, Sergei Terentyev drew a lot, he studied at an art school. "I imagined myself as an artist and despised musicians," he would later say about that period of his life. After graduation, Terentyev entered the Zagorskoye School for a rare specialty of woodcarver. But it is here in the far from the music school environment, Sergei understands that he wants to play the guitar. Life before "Aria"

The professional life of the musician Terentyev begins on stage as part of the "Slides" group. It is with this team that Sergei first tries his hand as a composer. The next milestone of the musician's career is the band "Rodmir", and then the "New Testament". The latter played Christian rock, and guitarist Sergei Terentyev takes part in the recording of the band's last album. The "New Testament" disintegrated, and the musician, full of creative plans, remained unemployed.

Bulgakov, he creates a new project "Arteria". This period of creative life can not be called cloudless. In 1994, Sergei Terentyev reissues his solo album in a new edition called "30 + 3 + Infinity". Along with the old instrumental compositions, he also includes hits, the guitarist became the author of the music: "Paradise Lost", "Who are you?", "The stars went to the bottom".

In July 2007, Sergey Terentyev and Arteria were to perform at the presentation of the new album of the band "Pilgrim", but the guitarist never appeared on the stage. On July 19, 2007, the court sentenced the musician to five years in prison. The fault was the road accident, which happened in July of the same year. Sergei Terentyev shot down a 19-year-old girl, who suddenly appeared on the road, to death in his car. Sergei to his credit did not hide from the scene, stopped and tried to give the victim first aid. Unfortunately, the girl's injuries proved incompatible with life, the ambulance doctors arrived could not help.

Savelovsky Court of Moscow sentenced the guitarist to 5 years in prison without the right to manage and pay the family of the deceased girl 1 million 900 thousand rubles. During the trial, S. Terentyev sincerely begged for forgiveness from his parents who lost their daughter, and repeatedly repeated that at the time of the accident the traffic laws did not violate. The musician was arrested right in the courtroom. Later the decision of the Moscow City Court reduced the sentence to four years. While serving his sentence in the colony-settlement, the musician took part in studio records of the Arteria group, acted as its producer.

Personal life

In 1996, working in Aria Records, Sergei met with Natalia Glossy Lianova. On this day the girl came to voice a children's educational program. The second time fate brought them to the same studio in 2000, and this meeting became fateful. The young people were married in February 2008.

Sergei and Natalia are connected not only with marriage ties, but also with creativity. GlossyTeria is a new project created by musician Sergey Terentyev. Photos of the musician and his wife destroy the stereotypical image of rock musicians. Natalia graduated from the State Music Variety and Jazz School in the class of "pop singing". In the same place she attended courses in the specialty of "sound engineer". Today she is the author of texts and music, the vocalist and backing vocalist of the group.
