What is the essence of the Ducane diet

72 Dukan diet products are protein products that are allowed to be consumed. Indeed: calorie counting is an incredibly tedious business for which you need a lot of time, and it's probably not for the slimming one.

No matter how long the Ducane diet lasts, the "attack" is the only phase in which there are limitations in nutrition. Phase # 2 - Alternating

The essence of the "alternation" phase is the replacement of albuminous days with protein and vegetable. Secondly, in the period of "fixing" additional products are introduced into the diet, but at each stage - their own. If the "fixing" phase should last 50 days, then 2 stages will take 25 days.

The basis of the diet is protein and vegetable dishes, prepared according to the rules of the two previous phases of the diet. In this case, during the first 25 days the phases of "fixing" can be additionally introduced into the ration:

  • Fruit (no more than 1 servings per day);
  • Cheese (not more than 40 grams per day);
  • Starch products (no more than 1 servings per week);
  • Pork, lamb and ham (no more than 2 times a week);

In the next 25 days, consumption of starch-containing products can be increased to 2 servings per week, festive meals should be held 2 times a week.

Phase # 4 - Stabilization

In the last phase of "stabilization", you can use all previously introduced products in the diet, but with some amendments.

  1. The basis of the future diet until the end of life will be protein-vegetable food, as in the "fixing" phase. All other rules of the "fixing" phase also continue to operate.
  2. One day a week to eat only protein food.

From 3 boiled eggs, you need to extract the yolks and cool. Add to them pepper, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of mustard, salt, and then thoroughly crumble with a spoon. Gradually pour 75 ml of paraffin oil, beat the mixture with a mixer. Using a mixer in the up / down direction and accelerating the tempo, we eventually get white and thick mayonnaise.

It is necessary to mix 350 gr in one container. Cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a quarter of a tablespoon of sweetener, 3 tablespoons of oat bran, a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of vanillin.
