What is the essence of the Ducane diet
What is the advantage of this protein diet over others? Often, losing weight, losing weight gaining it after a while again. Phase 1 - Attack
No matter how long the Ducane diet lasts, the "attack" is the only phase in which there are limitations in nutrition. It is necessary to eat during this period only meat, meat by-products, fish and seafood, with the exception of pork and lamb. As a seasoning, they are allowed to use herbs and seasonings, lemon, garlic, onions or mustard in moderation. Dairy products, but fat-free, and egg whites are also allowed. From drinks - tea (including herbal), coffee, chicory and soda. One and a half tablespoons of oat bran per day (in the form of porridge or a supplement to milk) ends this list. Sugar is not allowed, but sugar substitutes can be used. And, of course, any fat is banned: creamy, vegetable, etc. The cooking is done on the grill, steamed or in the oven.
Phase # 2 - Alternating
The essence of the "alternation" phase is the replacement of albuminous days with protein and vegetable. For example, one day losing weight eats only protein food, and the next day adds vegetable to protein meals, then again protein day, etc. You can follow Scheme 5 at 5: 5 protein - 5 protein-vegetable days.
The protein menu remains the same as during the "attack" period. But in the protein-vegetable days, not all vegetables are possible: it is better to abandon all beans, potatoes and corn. Naturally, all other vegetables are allowed in the diet, just do not need to abuse carrots and beets.
Phase # 3 - Fastening
The basis of the diet is protein and vegetable dishes, prepared according to the rules of the two previous phases of the diet. In this case, during the first 25 days the phases of "fixing" can be additionally introduced into the ration:
- Protein-bran or whole-grain bread (no more than 2 slices per day);
- Fruit (no more than 1 servings per day);
- Cheese (not more than 40 grams per day);
- Starch products (no more than 1 servings per week);
- Pork, lamb and ham (no more than 2 times a week);
- A festive dinner from any food (1 time per week).
In the next 25 days, consumption of starch-containing products can be increased to 2 servings per week, festive meals should be held 2 times a week.
Phase # 4 - Stabilization
- The basis of the future diet until the end of life will be protein-vegetable food, as in the "fixing" phase. All other rules of the "fixing" phase also continue to operate.
- One day a week to eat only protein food.
- Every day there are 3 tbsp. Tablespoons of bran.
- Giving yourself physical activity.

From 3 boiled eggs, you need to extract the yolks and cool. Add to them pepper, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of mustard, salt, and then thoroughly crumble with a spoon. Gradually pour 75 ml of paraffin oil, beat the mixture with a mixer. Using a mixer in the up / down direction and accelerating the tempo, we eventually get white and thick mayonnaise.

It is necessary to mix 350 gr in one container. Cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a quarter of a tablespoon of sweetener, 3 tablespoons of oat bran, a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of vanillin. Mix everything and create syrniki. Fry on a hot frying pan, with a rollover hold with your hand, so as not to crumble.
